HCG Diet Recipes

The problem with this diet is going on is that your normal, everyday cookbooks temporarily inoperable. However, there are recipes that can be customized, and some that have been produced specifically for this diet. All of the following recipes are suitable because they are low in calories and fat.

Drink lots of water (at least 2 litres)

First 2 days of drops eat lots of fattening food! This is very important to jump start metabolism and specifies the level of HCG. Eat all day!!!!

Take the HCG drops 23 days, then a few drops on the last three days, but continues to diet until all the HCG is cleared from your computer until you reach the day 26.

Breakfast:
Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or Stevia may be used.

Lunch:
1.100 grams of meat such as: beef, chicken breast, Turkey, fresh WHITE FISH, lobster, crab and shrimp **.

2. Vegetable: select one of the following: spinach, asparagus, cabbage, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions (all types), chicory, Beet-Greens, red radishes, cucumbers or Chard.

3. One breadstick (grissino) or one Melba toast.

4. an Apple or a handful of (6-9) strawberries or one-half GRAPEFRUIT, ORANGE * (you may have your fruit with your breakfast or a snack) you get 2 per day and can eat them whenever you want.

Dinner:
The same choices as lunch.

Tea, coffee, plain water or mineral water are the permitted and may be taken in quantity and all the time. Juice of one lemon daily is allowed for all purposes. Salt (minimal), pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, Parsley, thyme, marjoram, etc., may be used for seasoning. But no oil, butter or DRESSING.

Fruit Salad
Try this sweet blend of fresh fruit for breakfast!

1 cup sliced bananas
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup Cubed, fresh pineapple
1 cup blueberries

Mix all together and enjoy!

Lettuce Wraps
Fiber in lettuce and vegetables and protein in meat provides a lasting sense of perfection.

1 pounds lean ground beef or ground Turkey. Mix with
Fajita seasoning, low in fat & sugar free
Vegetable mix (paprika and onions)

Brown the ground beef or Turkey. Onion Sauté vegetables in a medium sized pan coated with cooking spray. Look up both meat and vegetables in lettuce leaves.

Shish Kabobs
This is not a cut and dry recipe; There are many variations to experiment with!

Pieces of lean chicken or shrimp
Onions, tomato bits or cherry tomatoes
Vegetables of choice

Put everything on the skewer. Season with herbs and lemon juice before grilling. Grill until cooked thoroughly.

Lively Citrus Basil Chicken
This right is easy to throw together and is a perfect dinner for the rest of the family who isn’t even in the diet!

3 ½ oz 99% fat free Chicken of visible fat trimmed
3 ½ oz chopped tomatoes
1 orange, peeled & cut into small pieces
Juice of ½ lemon
Basil (fresh or dried), preferred
Salt and pepper as needed

Put a medium sized skillet to the oven up; coat with cooking spray. Add chicken and lightly coat with salt and pepper, Drizzle with lemon juice and extra water, if necessary. Boil 3-4 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, chopped orange and basil. Simmer on low for the desired marinating time, close the half. Serve chicken on lettuce leaves.

Foil baked fish
A simple and satisfying twist on fish.

3 ½ oz fish
Juice of ½ a lemon
Salt, pepper and dill to taste

Place the fish in foil (large enough to wrap around and seal). Drizzle with lemon juice and zest of some of the rind around the fish. Season with salt, pepper and dill. Bake in oven at 350 degrees Celsius until cooked through.

Italian Herbed fish and Broccoli
This meal is packed with protein, vitamins and minerals.

3 ½ oz white fish
3 ½ oz broccoli, chopped
1 tomato, peeled and cut into small pieces
Basil, thyme, oregano (fresh or dried), preferred
Salt and pepper, as desired
2 tablespoons water

Put all the spices, salt and pepper in the bottom of a medium sized skillet. Add fish and drizzle with the lemon. Add broccoli and tomato with a few tablespoons of water at low-medium heat until fish is cooked through. Pour juice over fish and serve with lemon potato wedges.

Sweet ‘N Sour Lemonade
Great for anytime of day!

1 quart water
1 lemon (juice only)
2 packages calorie free natural sweetener
Ice Cubes
Lemon slices, for garnish

Put water in a pitcher. Add lemon juice or sweetener; Resurrection. Add the desired amount of ice. Garnish with sliced lemons.

Warm Apple Dessert
Craving some Apple Pie? This is a perfect place!

1 medium apple, cut with potato wedges
Cinnamon, as desired
1 bag of no calorie sweetener

Dust apples with cinnamon and sweeteners, and combine in a microwaveable bowl. Heat the microwave 2 minutes, or until apples are warm and to desired tenderness.
